In the “Global Mobile Network Experience Awards 2021” announced in March 2021 by Opensignal, a U.K. based mobile network analytics firm, we ranked first in the world in the “Video Experience” and “Gaming Experience” categories, and second in the “Voice App Experience” category.

In a survey of companies using corporate network services, we received the highest overall rating for the third consecutive year across the four factors that affect overall satisfaction with network services: “service content/quality”, “sales and installation support”, “cost” and “trouble/troubleshooting”.

“Y!mobile” has ranked No. 1 in the J.D. Power 2024 Mobile Phone Service Customer Satisfaction Survey℠ in the value carrier category
In the customer satisfaction survey conducted by J.D. Power Japan, an international specialized firm in survey and consulting for customer satisfaction, in the Value Carrier segment, “Y!mobile” achieved the highest ratings in the four factors of “Communication Quality”, “Service Menu”, “Provided Devices”, and “Procedure/Support Response”. As a result, it has been awarded the top position overall for three consecutive years.

In Oricon Inc.'s Customer Satisfaction Survey “Carrier Low-Cost Brand Ranking”, SoftBank Corp. received No.1 in the seven categories of “Subscription Procedures,” “Promotions,” “Ease of Initial Setup,” “Rate Plans,” “Usage Fees,” “Support Services,” and “Ancillary Services”.

Labor Practices
Next-generation certification mark (Kurumin)

In 2017, SoftBank Corp. obtained Platinum Kurumin certification from the Minister of Health, Labour and Welfare. This designation is granted to companies that have already received the standard Kurumin certification and further introduced and utilized systems for supporting work-life balance to a considerable extent, implementing high-level efforts.
Eruboshi

SoftBank has received the “Eruboshi” designation (class 3) from the Minister for Health, Labor and Welfare in recognition of being a company that excels in the empowerment of women. Going forward, we will continue to advance efforts to promote the professional success of women, such as holding career training for female employees and implementing mentoring programs.
PRIDE Index Gold Rating

The company has received the highest “Gold” rating in the PRIDE Index, an evaluation index for initiatives related to LGBTQ and other sexual minorities within the company, for eight consecutive years since 2017.
The “PRIDE Index” is a set of criteria developed by the voluntary organization “work with Pride” to recognize companies excelling in initiatives related to LGBTQ and raise public awareness of specific ways to create a workplace that is comfortable for LGBTQ and other sexual minorities to work in.

We were thinking about employee health care from a management perspective and actively engaging in health management, resulting in our recognition as the “KENKO Investment for Health (White 500)” for the seventh consecutive year.

NIKKEI Smart Work Management Survey


We have been awarded a 5-star rating in the “Nikkei Smart Work Management Edition of the Nikkei Sustainable Survey,” which selects leading companies that aim to maximize corporate value by fully leveraging human resources and accelerating investment in talent to drive innovation and enhance productivity.
The Smart Work Management Survey has been conducted by Nikkei Inc. since 2017, targeting listed companies and leading unlisted companies in Japan. It uses a five-star rating system based on three key factors: utilization of human resources, investment in human capital, and adoption of technology.
Received the “NIKKEI Smart Work Award 2025” in Technology Utilization category

At the “NIKKEI Smart Work Award 2025”, which selects leading companies sustainably growing through workstyle reforms, we were honored to receive Technology Utilization Award. The company received the Technology Utilization Award at the Nikkei Smart Work Grand Prize 2025, which recognizes leading companies achieving sustainable growth through workstyle reform. Its initiatives were highly evaluated for their advanced use of technology, including a high participation rate in internal generative AI contests —resulting in numerous proposals and patent applications— as well as the automation of menu selection and identity verification using AI in the call center operations of its mobile phone business.
The company has been recognized in various categories over the years: the Technology Utilization Award in 2021, the Innovation Capability Award in 2022, the Grand Prize, the highest honor, in 2023, and the Talent Utilization Award in 2024.

As a strategic and necessary area for solution human resources in the provision of customer digital solution infrastructure and DX promotion, the Solution Engineering Division of our Corporate Business Management received the “CompTIA Certified Team Award”, as the first Japanese company to receive such an award, with more than 80% of engineers in the entire division having obtained CompTIA certification.
